Main objective of the study
The aim of the study is to develop a master plan for the definition and implementation of the Motorways of the Sea in the West-Mediterranean region.
The master plan will provide for the development of Motorways of the Sea in accordance with Decision No 1692/96/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and with the accompanying vade-mecum.

The Motorways of the Sea (MoS) Call for Proposals 2010 was launched on 19 May 2010 and is managed by the TEN-T EA.

Welcome to the Motorways of the Sea One Stop Help Desk!

You've embarked at the place where you'll find all of the info you need to know about funding possibilities concerning the EU's Motorways of the Sea initiatives - and more.

 

 Motorways of the Sea, a Priority Project of the Trans-European Network for Transport, aims to promote green, viable, attractive and efficient sea-based transport links integrated in the entire transport chain. Their implementation should help to rebalance the EU transport system. 

The One Stop Help Desk aims to provide:

 • information about the funding possibilities for Motorways of the Sea projects 

• details about information events (call info days) and promotional activities to support the calls for proposals relevant for Motorways of the Sea projects 

 

• tips on how to prepare funding applications for Motorways of the Sea projects under the TEN-T and Marco Polo programmes
